We refer work to independent contractors, so a concern usually falls into one of two buckets. Here is how to handle each.

The agreement for the work is between you and the contractor, so raise it with them first and in writing. Most issues get resolved at that step. If it does not, tell us. We cannot direct the contractor’s work or make them do anything, but we will contact them, we will help you get to the right person, and we will stop referring work to contractors who do not stand behind theirs. If the work involved licensed contracting, you also have the option of filing a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division.
That means the referral itself, something on this site, or how we handled your information. Email info@tablerockboatliftrepair.com and describe what happened. We will acknowledge it within two business days and give you a substantive answer within ten business days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and when to expect one.
We keep a record of what was raised and how it was resolved, and we use it to decide who we keep referring work to.
Tell us early. Small problems are much easier to fix than old ones. Call 417-739-0097 or email info@tablerockboatliftrepair.com and we will get back to you.
